Well, first let me say thank you for considering to pre-order my book! For those outside the US, the book will be available through your country’s Amazon site (as well as sites such as Barnes and Noble, Chapters/Indigo, etc.) once the book is released on October 4th 2013. When you pre-order through Amazon.com it basically just gives you dibs on a copy, you don’t get charged until the book is actually available. At that time, the book will be distributed through your local Amazon (i.e. if you live in Canada you should receive your book through Amazon.ca although you pre-ordered it through Amazon.com). Again, thank you so much for pre-ordering my book, every time I get a notice that someone has ordered a copy I try not to do a little happy dance. Apparently it embarrasses my children. But that’s what parents are for, right?
